Structure
The DXZ Height limiter is used to raise the limit to prevent misoperation. When the hook pulley block is close to the boom trolley or is lowered, the hook is in front of the ground (or when ensuring that the drum is not less than 3 turns of steel rope) Stop lifting or lowering.
Working principle
The input shaft of the Height limiter is driven by the direct connection of the lifting drum shaft; or driven by the pinion fixed on the input shaft of the DXZ stroke Height limiter and the ring gear on the drum. When the drum is working, the number of turns (the length of the wire rope that is wound or output) is recorded by the DXZ travel Height limiter iter, and the pulley block or hook terminates at 1m from the boom trolley or before it touches the ground.
