Feature:
1.Materials: Give priority to using wood with uniform density, fine texture and low deformation rate, as well as multi-layer solid wood boards and density boards.
2.Wood treatment: The moisture content of the wood is stabilized at 8%-12% through a drying room, and then sanded to a uniform thickness of usually 3-5mm by a sanding machine. The thickness is adjusted according to the strength requirements of the box shape to ensure surface flatness.
3.Internal design: For perfume capacity (such as 30ml/50ml/100ml), determine the box size (usually including inner support slot, flip cover/pull-out structure), output CAD drawings or 3D models, and confirm the smoothness of opening and closing and the fit of the inner support.
4.Inner tray assembly: According to the shape of the perfume bottle, match EVA flocking inner trays and sponge inner trays (the size of the inner tray needs to be precisely matched with the bottle body, with an error of ≤0.5mm), and fix it to the inner side of the box body with glue to ensure that the perfume bottle is placed stably and without shaking.
