The Disc Type Granulator (also known as Pan Granulator) is a versatile industrial equipment designed for transforming powdery, granular, or lumpy materials into uniform, high-strength granules through the combined action of centrifugal force, friction, and gravity. Available in multiple models with disc diameters ranging from 1m to 7.5m and processing capacities of 4-24t/h, it caters to both small-batch customization and medium-scale production needs.

Fertilizer Industry: Production of organic fertilizers (from livestock manure, straw, and fermented materials), inorganic compound fertilizers, biofertilizers, and water-soluble fertilizers. It enables precise nutrient ratio control and granule formation, improving fertilizer utilization rate and storage convenience.
Metallurgical & Mining Industry: Pelletization of iron ore concentrate, sintered ore, and metallurgical slags, facilitating efficient smelting and reducing environmental pollution.
