The Fast Fermentation Tank is a high-temperature aerobic fermentation system designed for the rapid treatment of poultry and livestock manure, organic waste, and other biodegradable materials. It provides a controlled environment for mixing, aeration, temperature management, and deodorization, helping convert organic waste into processed material for subsequent organic fertilizer production.
The system uses a horizontal aerobic fermentation tank with an enclosed structure. Materials are loaded by a belt conveyor and processed through an automated fermentation cycle. Under suitable operating conditions, the fermentation time is approximately 8 hours when the ambient temperature is above 15°C. The high-temperature treatment is designed to help eliminate bacteria, pathogens, and parasites in the organic material, supporting the harmless treatment of waste.
The system combines automatic mixing, temperature control, and aeration to maintain suitable fermentation conditions. The mixing system can operate in batch mode or clockwise/counterclockwise directions according to process requirements.
The fermentation tank integrates an automatic mixing system, automatic temperature control system, automatic aeration system, and deodorizing system. This configuration reduces manual intervention and provides more consistent process management.
The FJ series is available in 5 m³, 10 m³, and 20 m³ models, with effective capacities of 4 m³, 8 m³, and 16 m³ respectively. Different models can be selected according to raw material volume and processing requirements.
The enclosed tank structure provides a controlled processing environment, while the integrated deodorizing system helps manage odors generated during organic waste treatment.

After the initial fermentation process, the processed material requires secondary decomposition for approximately 7 days before being used as a raw material for organic fertilizer production. The system therefore functions as an efficient front-end treatment unit within a complete organic fertilizer manufacturing process.
