The Double Roller Extrusion Granulator is a dry granulation machine specially designed for producing organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, and other powder-based materials without adding water or requiring a drying process. It compresses raw materials into dense and uniform granules through two high-pressure counter-rotating rollers, providing an energy-efficient and cost-effective granulation solution.
Compared with conventional wet granulation equipment, the double roller granulator simplifies the production process by eliminating drying and cooling stages. This helps reduce energy consumption, minimize investment costs, and improve overall production efficiency.
The machine is suitable for continuous industrial production and can be integrated into complete fertilizer production lines with automatic feeding, crushing, screening, and packaging systems. It is widely used by fertilizer manufacturers, chemical processing plants, mineral powder producers, and agricultural recycling projects.

Raw powder materials are fed evenly into the granulation chamber through the feeding hopper. Two rollers rotate in opposite directions and generate high extrusion pressure to compress the material into compact sheets or granules.
The specially designed roller molds determine the final particle shape and size. After extrusion, the formed granules are discharged automatically and can be transferred to a screening machine. Oversized particles are crushed and recycled, while qualified granules proceed directly to packaging.
The dry granulation process eliminates moisture addition, making it particularly suitable for moisture-sensitive materials and significantly reducing production energy consumption.
