This rotary drum dryer is core equipment for drying formed fertilizer granules in organic fertilizer plants. It continuously draws hot air from the hot blast stove through the tail fan. As the cylinder rotates, internal lifting plates lift and drop materials repeatedly to achieve full contact between fertilizer granules and hot air, efficiently removing moisture.
It is suitable for drying cow manure granular fertilizer, chicken manure granular fertilizer, compound mixed fertilizer, fungus stick granular fertilizer, and other organic fertilizer particles. Multiple specifications are available, with stable operation and large capacity, making it a perfect match for complete organic fertilizer production lines.
This dryer is widely used in organic fertilizer production factories to dry cow manure granulated fertilizer, chicken manure granulated fertilizer, compound mixed granulated fertilizer, and fungus stick granulated fertilizer. It is an essential supporting machine after the granulation process in an organic fertilizer production line.
Hot air from the hot blast stove flows through the rotating cylinder under the traction of the tail fan. The inclined drum rotates slowly, and the lifting plates inside lift the wet fertilizer granules and drop them continuously. The materials fully contact the high-temperature hot air, the moisture inside the granules evaporates and is carried away by the airflow, and the fertilizer granules reach the target moisture content to complete drying.
