This high-frequency vibration inclined climbing solid-liquid separator is specially developed to further reduce the solid content in farm wastewater. It consists of a screen box, vibrator, support system, and a secondary screw extrusion dewatering unit.
Two independent vibrators run synchronously in reverse rotation. Eccentric blocks generate a periodic exciting force that drives the screen box and screen mesh in a high-frequency reciprocating motion, effectively preventing screen hole clogging and material adhesion. Intercepted solid materials move forward along the inclined screen and fall into the screw extruder for further squeezing and dewatering.
The equipment is primarily used as secondary fine-filtration equipment after primary solid-liquid separation. It greatly reduces the solid content of effluent, decreases the flocculant dosage required by the downstream screw press machine, and saves wastewater treatment costs.
