This high-frequency vibration inclined-plate solid-liquid separator is specially designed for reducing solid content in breeding wastewater. The system consists of a screen box, vibrator, support system, and a secondary screw extrusion dewatering unit. Dual vibrators run synchronously in reverse rotation, generating a periodic exciting force that drives the screen box in high-frequency reciprocating motion to prevent mesh blocking.
With a processing capacity of 15–30 m³/h and a suspended solids (SS) removal rate of ≥80%, the machine combines an anti-clogging high-frequency vibrating screen with a secondary 304 stainless-steel screw extruder for deep dewatering. It is equipped with a 100–150 mesh reinforced polyester screen and a stainless-steel control cabinet with remote control capability. Total installed power: 13 kW.
