The GT-3000 rotary drum microfilter separator is a dual-stage solid-liquid separation machine that integrates rotary drum microfiltration with screw extrusion. The main body, drum screen, and extrusion screw are all constructed from 304 stainless steel, delivering excellent corrosion resistance and a long service life.

Sewage enters through the dual-direction feeding inlet, where the large-area, one-piece formed drum screen intercepts solid manure, pig hair, and residues. Internal screw blades convey the solids to the extrusion zone for further dewatering. An optional top-mounted spray pump provides automatic backwashing to keep the screen clean.

Finished solids are discharged through the spring anti-spray outlet, while the filtered liquid flows out for subsequent treatment. This equipment is widely used in large-scale pig farms and biogas plants for the harmless disposal and resource utilization of manure.

• Dual-Stage Separation: Combines microfiltration with screw extrusion. Internal coaxial screw blades convey materials, and the extrusion zone screw (diameter 180 mm) further compresses the solids. Solid interception rate exceeds 90%, discharged solid moisture is 45–60%, and effluent solid content is below 2%.
• Optional Automatic Backwashing System: A 750 W spray pump installed on top continuously flushes the screen surface to prevent clogging during long-term continuous operation.
• Complete Safety Protection Control Cabinet: A 304 stainless steel electrical box with built-in overload, phase-loss, and thermal protection, plus frequency conversion for flow adjustment.
• Spring Anti-Spray Discharge Outlet: Effectively prevents material splashing under low-concentration conditions. The dual-direction feeding inlet (76 mm diameter) allows flexible pipeline connection.
• Reliable Drive System: Cycloidal pin gear reducers drive both the drum and the extrusion screw, paired with energy-saving three-phase motors for stable heavy-load operation.
