Roll mesh collection system
Roll mesh collection system will automatically adjust the tightness according to the roll mesh diameter,It's more convenient to take away the roll mesh.
Cross wire test system
Every cross wire has a detection system,In case of cross wire loss, the machine will stop automatically. The detection distance of each photoelectric sensor can be adjusted
Wire twisting system
The screw die and rack are made of special materials to ensure the long-term operation of the machine.
Wire feeding system
Linear guide rail is used for wire feeding system,It ensures smooth wire feeding and adjustable wire feeding length.
Wire straightening system
Both the cross wire and line wires are straight.This can make the mesh size more accurate and the wire mesh more beautiful.
Wire tightness testing system
Every wire will be tested for tightness. If the wire is tight, the machine will stop automatically.We can clear the fault easily.
Wire pay system
The pay off reel is produced by our factory, which contains the bearing design to make the reel rotate smoothly and reduce the resistance
Machine control system
The control system is composed of Chinese and English,the spacing of the cross wires can be adjusted on the touch screen.
Air heating system
Each machine is equipped with an air heater, and the pneumatic components can operate normally under low temperature.
Mechanical dismantling
The machine is divided into upper and lower parts, which can be separated to facilitate the loading of containers.The connecting lines are all at the internal connection of the machine.
