Gabion mesh machine is professional equipment used to produce double-twisted hexagonal gabion mesh, mainly for flood control, slope protection and hydraulic engineering projects.
It has a sturdy metal structure, PLC intelligent control system, automatic feeding device, and adjustable mesh size, wire diameter and weaving width. It runs stably with low noise and high durability, suitable for long-time continuous production.
This machine features high automation, high weaving efficiency and low energy consumption. It produces uniform and firm mesh with strong tensile strength. The operation is simple, reducing labor intensity and maintenance costs, greatly improving production efficiency compared with manual work.
Gabion mesh made by this machine is widely used in river regulation, embankment protection, slope greening, road retaining walls, flood control, reservoir reinforcement, landscape engineering and soil erosion prevention.
Based on double-twist weaving technology, the machine uses servo motors to control wire arrangement and twisting. Under automatic tension control, two or three wires are twisted spirally to form stable hexagonal mesh without easy loosening.
First, straighten and convey the metal wire automatically. Then the weaving mechanism twists wires into hexagonal mesh. After that, the machine cuts the mesh to fixed length and forms the edges automatically. Finally, the finished products are output and collected.
Turn on the power and start the control system; set mesh size, wire diameter and length on the touch screen; start the wire feeding and weaving program; monitor the running status in real time; collect finished products and stop the machine regularly for inspection.
Operators must receive professional training before working. Do not touch rotating parts during operation. Check wire tension and lubrication system regularly. Avoid overloading the machine. Cut off power immediately when abnormality occurs and keep the equipment clean daily.
