The AG160D is a top-tier fully automatic wide ultra-fine wire mesh loom with 1600 mm effective working width. It is compatible with ultra-fine stainless steel, nickel alloy, titanium and platinum micro wires, supporting plain weave, twill weave and heavy dense Dutch weave. It is specially developed for mass production of wide, high-mesh-count, ultra-tight micro-filtration mesh, widely applied to large semiconductor shielding mesh, broad medical filter materials, large environmental industrial filter panels and aerospace separation mesh.
General AG160B looms adopt cost-focused traditional pulse control systems, while AG160D is upgraded with high-response high-torque EtherCAT multi-axis bus control to replace lagging drive structures. It achieves micron-grade full-width synchronization across the 1600mm frame, optimizes common weaving conditions such as edge wire breakage, warp drift and uneven lateral tension. The equipment maintains stable low-speed precision operation and greatly cuts waste volume of expensive ultra-fine wires.
All core working procedures of AG160D — wide sword belt micro feeding, full-width micro constant warp tension, fine weaving forming and automatic winding — adopt closed-loop full digital CNC control. The customized wide-span micro-tension system prevents edge wrinkles and ensures uniform tiny apertures across the entire mesh surface. Equipped with lightweight balanced precision beating structure to reduce thin wire snapping, it stably produces flat, compact and defect-free large-format fine mesh.
AG160D integrates fully automatic weaving circulation, real-time full-width micro tension self-adjustment and neat rolling system. The whole machine is fitted with thickened wear-resistant low-friction transmission components with fewer vulnerable consumables, reducing long-term maintenance costs and extending overall service life. A built-in dedicated remote diagnosis module provides instant online professional guidance to resolve complex wide ultra-fine weaving failures without sending field engineers.
We provide exclusive premium configuration upgrades for AG160D according to customers’ ultra-fine wire diameter, ultra-high mesh count, cleanroom production standards and special processing requirements, delivering flexible exclusive production solutions for all wide-format high-precision ultra-fine metal mesh.
We offer on-site AG160D machine test run, large-size ultra-fine mesh trial weaving and OEM customization service. Customers can test filtration precision, surface flatness and shielding performance before mass production to avoid investment risks of high-precision production lines.
We deliver complete on-site operation training focusing on wide ultra-fine wire weaving for new operator teams. For bulk orders of 10 AG160D units and above, free on-site installation, commissioning and high-precision weaving technical training will be finished within one week (labor fees are waived; customers only cover necessary translation fees and actual miscellaneous expenses).
