HR-1410 is a high quality electric stencil cleaning machine which used to clean solde r paste stencil, red glue stencil, mis-printed PCB, squeegees... The total process include water-base liquid clean, DI water rinse, hot air blow dry. All t the process start by just pushing one start key and completed automatically in one wash cabinet. The Unique 4 fixed cleaning spray rods, 4 fixed air knives and stencil move back and forth design makes the machine stable, reliable and super cleaning performance.
Machine Specification 1.Mainly used to clean SMT solder paste stencil, red glue stencil,misprint PCB. 2.The unique 4 spray rods and 4 air knives fixed and stencil moves clean mechanism, more stable. 3.The unique real-time clean liquid and rinse DI water filtering system. 4.Cleaning process is visible through a large right side observe window. 5.The remaining liquid in the pump and pipes are blown off by compressed air and flow back to cleaning tank. This function saves liquid up to 50%. 6.English color touch Panel operational interface,PLC procedure control, clean time, cleaning liquid temperature, rinse time and rinse water temperature, hot air dry time and temperature can be set and monitored as required. 7.Clean liquid and rinse water can be added and discharged automatically. 8.SUS 304 structure, Acid and Alkali corrosion resistance, firm and stable. 9.One key easy operation.
