Powerful BT50 Spindle System: The machine is equipped with a high-torque BT50 spindle (available in Belt or Direct drive) capable of speeds up to 6,000 rpm. This configuration supports larger diameter milling cutters and drills, making it effortless to machine hardened heavy steel.
Unmatched Precision at Scale: Despite its expansive 2,500 mm travel, the X-axis maintains a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01/500 mm. This ensures consistent quality and alignment across both ends of extra-long components.
High-Efficiency Feed & Loading: The X-axis utilizes a high-speed Rack and Pinion system reaching 40 m/min. Combined with a maximum table load of 3,000 kg/m², the machine handles heavy structural profiles with ease.
Automated Maintenance & Reliability: Every unit comes standard with an Automatic Grease Lubrication System and a Chain Plate Chip Conveyor. These features significantly reduce manual labor and maintenance costs while maintaining a clean, efficient production environment.
Integrated Tool Management: A 24-tool Disc Type magazine is included as standard, supporting complex, multi-process machining in a single cycle.
