Usage: The alumina tubes are widely used in thermocouple protections and some are used in furnaces.
Ceramic parts are very abrasion resistant and offer long life in applications where other materials
would wear out quickly.
Mingrui produces 99.5% alumina ceramic tubes for high temperature applications, our tubes include ceramic furnace tubes, ceramic thermocouple protection tubes and electrical insulation ceramic rods.
Ceramic Furnace Tubes
Ceramic furnace tubes are mainly made of high purity 99.5% alumina ceramics, the tubes are used as ceramic liner of high temperature furnace, the function is to separate the heating elements from materials which are burned. Standard sizes are OD27~120mm and length100~1750mm.
Ceramic Thermocouple Protection Tubes
The tubes are mainly used in temperature measurement application for thermocouples, it will separate measurement elements from external environment, reducing or preventing the elements from being eroded, oxided or damaged. Standard sizes are OD5~50mm and length 100~1750mm.
Electrical Insulation Ceramic Rods
The rods are insulators for thermocouples, the function is to separate different polars of temperature measurement elements to avoid bipolar interference or short circuit. Standard sizes are OD1~12mm and lenth0.3~500mm with one bore, two bores, four bores or multi bores.
