It has a tensile strength of 570-700MPa and a hardness of 170-210HB, enabling it to stably withstand periodic loads and torque impacts during robotic drive operations. After heat treatment, its surface hardness can be further improved (up to HRC40-50) while maintaining core toughness, balancing wear resistance and fatigue resistance.
