Working Principle: When the materials flow through the grille-type permanent magnet iron remover, the ferromagnetic substances in them will be adsorbed onto the permanent magnet rods inside the iron remover, thus realizing the separation of ferromagnetic substances from the materials and achieving the purpose of iron removal.
Types
Drawer-type Iron Remover: Also known as the box-type grille iron remover, it is composed of a permanent magnet magnetic rack and an outer stainless steel box. The magnetic rods are arranged in a single layer or multiple layers in a cross pattern and can be directly installed on powder pipelines and chutes. The adsorbed iron impurities are cleaned by manually pulling out the drawer. It is suitable for iron removal of various dry powder materials that fall freely.
Rotating Grille Iron Remover: It is mainly composed of three parts: the magnetic core, the stainless steel shell, and the reduction motor. The magnetic core is composed of strong magnetic rods, and the magnetic core is driven to rotate by the reduction motor, which solves the problems of bridging and material blocking that occur when the traditional grille-type iron remover filters powder materials with poor fluidity. It is often used to filter iron impurities in powder materials in the fine chemical industry.
Chute-type Iron Remover: Generally installed on the material chute, it uses the magnetic grille to remove iron from the materials flowing through the chute, which can effectively remove the ferromagnetic impurities in the materials and ensure the purity of the materials. It is suitable for some occasions where iron removal is required in the chute, such as the ceramic and chemical industries.
Particle Size: If the material particle size is large, such as ore particles, etc., a grille permanent magnet iron remover with a strong magnetic field strength and a large spacing between magnetic rods should be selected to allow large-particle materials to pass through smoothly while effectively adsorbing the ferromagnetic impurities in them. For materials with a fine particle size, such as flour, cement, etc., an iron remover with a small spacing between magnetic rods can be selected to improve the iron removal effect.
