VRV double frequency vibrating screen
------Efficent screening for anti-clog and anti-stick
Double frequency screen adopts the principle of combined vibration frequence. In order to realize efficient screening of material which are easily to block deck mesh, PU deck or composite mesh grid deck are used to increase the contact area between material and screen mesh, also to increase air permeability, resulting in efficient screening. They are always used in desulfurization system of power industry, screening system of coal washery, solvent screening system of iron and steel industry and Sand and gravel aggregate system of construction industry.
Working Principle of linear vibrating screen
When the linear vibrating sieve machine starts to work, two vibration motors installed on the equipment work simultaneously but in reverse rotation. By the vibrating force and gravity, the materials are thrown up on the sieve and pushed forward to make a straight movement. Materials smaller than mesh size will pass and are collected to achieve the classification.
