The linear vibrators or linear drivers, also called Transfer buffer units, are positioned after the vibratory bowl feeders and their incorporation is necessary or advisable in most applications. The linear vibrator is the linking element between the Selection Unit and the Receiving Station or process line. In addition, it regulates the variable speed flow of the Selection Unit and ensures the presence of the part available in the Receiving Station, as required by the sequence of the automatism associated with the machine or point of work supplied. On the other hand, it allows to define a linear speed for advancing the positioned parts, as well as to control the starting and stopping the vibratory bowl feeder, incorporating a saturation sensor.
VRV compact electromagnetic vibrator (BM series) is special designed for fine-grained bulk materials handling (conveying, dosing, distributing and discharging). They are widely used in energy materials, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, automation industries.
