BSPP Equal Malleable Pipe Fittings Swage Bs Thread Gas Reducing Nipple
In order to command the annealing operation grimly and improve the physical properties of materials,we use the gas annealing furnace of high calorific value.
To prevent leakage,we require every pipe fitting nipple needs to be tested by air-tight test.
Controlling calibre of the thread,parallelism,angle and tooth type,each nipple will be examined by ring gauge.
Pouring molten iron into box of pipe fitting , let it cool down and become the casting for rough casting . During casting , the temperature of molten iron , riser control all have great influence on the quality of pipe fittings . If not control well , then there are lots of problem like loose.
