Elite’s FRP drainage grating is an innovative solution for stormwater management and pedestrian safety. Manufactured from corrosion-resistant fiberglass composite, it provides a long-lasting alternative to steel gratings commonly used in roads, sidewalks, and industrial facilities.
The grating structure is produced through hot-press molding, ensuring uniform fiber distribution and high load-bearing capacity. Depending on application, load classes range from A15 (pedestrian areas) to D400 (heavy-traffic zones). The non-slip surface prevents accidents in wet environments, making it ideal for urban drainage systems, parking areas, and ports.
Unlike traditional steel grates, FRP gratings from Elite never rust or require repainting. They are chemically stable, non-conductive, and immune to electrolysis, ensuring reliable use even in chemically aggressive environments. The lightweight nature simplifies installation and replacement, greatly reducing construction and maintenance costs.
Elite’s drainage grating products can be customized in length, width, and slot pattern. Standard colors include gray, black, and green, but other RAL options are available. The gratings are UV-stable and resistant to aging, ensuring long service life with minimal maintenance.

Elite’s FRP trench cover system is designed to provide safe, strong, and lightweight coverage for cable trenches, drainage channels, and inspection ducts. Each cover is molded using high-strength SMC composite materials that deliver exceptional compressive and impact resistance.
The surface of the trench cover features an anti-slip pattern to ensure safety in wet and oily conditions. Reinforced ribs beneath the surface provide uniform load distribution, meeting or exceeding EN124 standards. The cover can be manufactured for load classes B125, C250, or D400, depending on installation requirements.
The lightweight design allows for manual installation without cranes, significantly improving onsite efficiency. Its corrosion resistance makes it ideal for power stations, chemical plants, and coastal infrastructure. The non-conductive nature ensures electrical safety when installed near cables or substations.
Elite provides modular trench cover systems with interlocking edges for easy assembly and maintenance. Each cover can be easily lifted for cleaning or inspection without specialized tools. Optional watertight sealing can be integrated for applications requiring fluid containment.
