Yes. We support full customization for wheel size, J value, ET, PCD, center bore, surface finish, logo and center cap. We will make design drawings for your confirmation within 1-2 working days after deposit.
What is your production lead time?
Monoblock 1-piece forged wheel: 25-30 working days.
2-piece forged wheel: 60-80 working days.
What material are your forged wheels made of?
Adopt aviation grade 6061-T6 aluminum alloy billet, lightweight, high strength, better toughness than casting wheels.
What shipping methods can you offer?
We provide sea freight and air freight, DDP door-to-door delivery is available, shipping time depends on shipping method and destination country.
How do you pack the wheels to avoid damage?
Each wheel is wrapped with bubble film + corner protector, packed in export cartons. Pallet packaging is available for bulk orders for safer transportation.
What QC inspection do you have before shipment?
All wheels pass CNC dimensional inspection, wheel runout test and dynamic balance test before delivery to ensure installation smoothness.
Can I customize the center cap with my brand logo?
Sure, we support laser engraving or printing your exclusive brand logo on wheel center caps, please provide logo file during customization.
What should I do if there is appearance damage after receiving the goods?
Please check the wheel appearance completely before tire installation. We accept damage claim with clear photos/videos before installation. No appearance compensation after installation.
