Tailored specifically for ultra-small bottle and tube openings, this machine supports both round and square tubes and offers fully automated film punching, heat sealing, and product discharge—significantly reducing labor demand while enhancing production efficiency.
The LD672-S features a user-friendly touch-screen interface for real-time operation monitoring, along with a stable and accurate digital temperature controller that ensures consistently clean and attractive sealing results. Equipped with high-precision linear guides and an optical tracking system, the machine delivers smooth movement and accurate positioning. It supports sealing diameters from 6–25 mm (customizable) and works with a wide range of film materials including plastic composite film, aluminum-foil composite film, PP, PVC, PE, PET, and PS.
With a capacity of 500–600 pcs/hour, a stainless steel structure, and a compact footprint, the LD672-S is ideal for skincare factories, cosmetic sample production, laboratory consumables, and small-batch packaging lines.
