Designed for sealing ice cups, beverage cups, yogurt cups, snack bowls, food trays and more, it supports both roll-film and pre-cut film options. With a dual-station design, it can seal two cups at a time and achieve an impressive output of 1000–1200 cups per hour, making it ideal for high-volume production.
The machine features a rotary turntable structure and can be connected to a filling machine to form a fully automated production line. It completes cup loading, roll-film heat sealing, optional date printing, and automatic product discharge—all with stable performance that significantly reduces labor requirements. Built with food-grade 304 stainless steel, the machine is corrosion-resistant, durable, and suitable for a wide range of beverage and food processing environments.
Equipped with Taiwan PLC control, touchscreen HMI, intelligent constant-temperature system, and photoelectric tracking, the LD672-C ensures precise and firm sealing. Interchangeable molds allow compatibility with various shapes and sizes of cups, bowls, and trays. It supports multiple heat-seal materials, including PP, PE, PET, and PS composite films.
