The new QXY-1911 Channel-Type Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) Fresh-Keeping Sealing Machine is officially launched to meet the growing demand for efficient and long-lasting freshness preservation in fruit and vegetable processing. Designed for high-capacity production lines, this model supports nitrogen, carbon dioxide and other mixed gases, effectively extending the shelf life of fresh produce to 7–15 days, depending on product type and storage conditions.
Equipped with a roll-film automatic heat-sealing system, the QXY-1911 can seal four trays per cycle, delivering an impressive output of 1500–2000 trays per hour. Its structure is built from food-grade 304 stainless steel, offering excellent durability, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning. The machine integrates advanced components such as Taiwan servo motors, Delta PLC control, optical tracking for precise film alignment, and stable temperature regulation with ±1°C accuracy, ensuring strong, leak-proof, professional sealing results.
Ideal for fruit and vegetable processing plants, central kitchens, fresh-cut factories and supermarket distribution centers, the QXY-1911 enhances efficiency, hygiene and product presentation—making it a powerful solution for modern fresh-food packaging.
