The LD672-C Automatic Rotary Sealing Machine is a newly developed solution designed for high-efficiency packaging in the bakery and dessert industry. It is widely used for sealing cake cups, dessert bowls, mousse cups, pudding containers, bakery boxes, and similar food packaging.
This machine adopts a rotary turntable structure with multi-cavity sealing capability, allowing 2, 3, or 4 cups per cycle, significantly improving production efficiency while reducing labor costs. It supports both roll film and sheet film, with automatic heat sealing and stable sealing quality to ensure freshness and an attractive product appearance.
Equipped with Taiwan PLC control system and touch screen HMI, the LD672-C offers easy operation, precise temperature control, and reliable performance. The machine can be connected to a filling machine and integrated into an automated production line. Optional functions such as date printing further enhance packaging flexibility.
The entire machine frame is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and compliant with food safety standards. With interchangeable molds, it is suitable for various shapes and sizes of cups, bowls, and containers, making it an ideal packaging solution for bakeries, central kitchens, and food factories.
