Product Overview

This machine is a disc rotary modified atmosphere fresh-keeping sealing machine developed according to customer requirements. It can inject fresh-keeping gases in different proportions to extend the shelf life of food in a refrigerated environment. The sealing film is a roll film, which is automatically hot-pressed and sealed, and can automatically top the cup/box. It can seal 2 boxes, 4 boxes or more boxes at a time, saving human resources and improving production efficiency.    

Sealing machine functions and configurations:

1. One-out-Four. The mold can be replaced and is compatible with cups, bowls, boxes, bottles, barrels and cans of various shapes and sizes.

2. Production speed: One-out-one: 500-600 boxes/hour Production process: manual box placement, automatic injection of fresh-keeping gas in proportion, automatic film rolling and sealing, automatic printing of production date (this is optional), and automatic production of finished products.

3. Can be connected to the production line, unmanned operation, saving manpower and improving production efficiency.

4. Taiwan PLC program control, stable and reliable, the human-machine interface is a touch screen.

5. Classic digital display temperature control meter, temperature difference of plus or minus 5 degrees, good sealing effect.

6. Equipped with fault alarm and temperature alarm functions to ensure the sealing effect.

7. Taiwan photoelectric eye tracking, electrical integration.

8. Sealing material: consistent with the cup material, can be heated and bonded, plastic composite film or aluminum foil composite film, such as composite PP, composite PE, composite PET, composite PS, etc.

Payment Method:

After the contract is signed, 50% of the total contract amount will be paid as a deposit. The remaining 50% can be paid after the equipment is completed and can be inspected on-site or confirmed by video. After the equipment is inspected and qualified, the payment will be released and the equipment will be delivered.
