Product Overview

Modified Atmosphere Packing involves altering the atmosphere surrounding the fresh beef in its packaging to prolong its shelf life. This process typically replaces the normal air inside the package with a mixture of gases, usually carbon dioxide, nitrogen, and oxygen, in specific ratios. These gases work together to inhibit the growth of spoilage bacteria and reduce oxidation, which can lead to discoloration and off-flavors in the meat.

The MAP process not only enhances the shelf life of fresh beef but also preserves its texture and flavor, making it an attractive option for consumers seeking high-quality products. Moreover, the visual appeal of the product remains intact, thanks to maintaining the bright red color of the beef, which is often associated with freshness.

12. Delta PLC program control, Taiwan human-machine interface, fault alarm, easy to check faults.

13. Sealing material: As long as the material matches the box, it can be used, such as: plastic composite heat-sealing film or aluminum foil composite film, the film thickness is not less than 0.1MM.

We provide one-year free warranty and lifetime service. During the warranty period, free on-site service can be provided twice a year. If multiple on-site visits are required, the cost of accommodation, meals and transportation for the round trip shall be borne by the buyer.

Payment Method:

After the contract is signed, 50% of the total contract amount will be paid as a deposit. The remaining 50% can be paid after the equipment is completed and can be inspected on-site or confirmed by video. After the equipment is inspected and qualified, the payment will be released and the equipment will be delivered.
