Marine Air Bag is a high-capacity inflatable rubber launching and lifting system engineered for demanding shipyard operations involving large displacement vessels, heavy structural loads, and complex marine environments. It is manufactured using multi-layer high-tensile synthetic tire cord reinforcement combined with premium marine-grade vulcanized rubber, forming a cylindrical elastic structure capable of sustaining extreme compressive stress and dynamic rolling forces.

The system is designed for high-load industrial applications with working pressure typically ranging from 0.18 MPa to 0.30 MPa depending on vessel size and engineering configuration. This allows Marine Air Bags to maintain structural stability while supporting heavy hull sections during launching, landing, and controlled water entry operations.

A large shipbuilding yard in the Middle East was contracted to launch an 8,500 DWT multipurpose offshore supply vessel designed for oil platform support operations.
