Hongruntong Marine Rubber Airbag is an engineered pneumatic support system developed for ship repair, vessel maintenance, temporary docking, and marine structure positioning applications. Unlike conventional fixed dry dock facilities or mechanical lifting systems, rubber airbags provide a flexible support method that enables vessels to be lifted, relocated, and temporarily supported during maintenance operations.
The product is manufactured using high-strength natural rubber combined with reinforced synthetic tire cord layers. This composite structure provides controlled elasticity, high compression resistance, excellent fatigue performance, and stable load distribution capability.
A marine repair company in Vietnam successfully used Hongruntong Marine Rubber Airbags for structural maintenance on a 5,800 DWT fishing vessel. The flexible support system provided stable vessel positioning during hull inspection, underwater coating repair, and steel structure maintenance, eliminating the need for expensive external dry dock rental.
