Product structure and performance parameters:

1. The ABB TPS turbocharger adopts a mixed-flow turbocharger design, consisting of a single-stage mixed-flow turbine and a centrifugal compressor, with built-in high-performance semi-floating support bearings and an external lubricating oil system.
2. The air intake housing can freely rotate at 15° intervals according to the installation angle, and the turbine housing can freely rotate at 22.5° intervals.
3. The flow range is 0.75m3/s, the compression ratio range is 2.04.5, and the total efficiency is as high as 64%.
4. A single turbocharger can meet the requirements of high-speed diesel engines from 500kw to 3000kw.
