Material Advantages:Core Base Material Weather Resistance & Corrosion Resistance: Utilizes a composite base material of natural and synthetic rubber. Reinforced Layer for Structural Integrity: Multiple layers of polyester cord fabric reinforcement are embedded within. The interwoven fiber structure significantly enhances the fender's tensile strength and impact resistance, preventing deformation or damage from excessive forces during berthing and extending service life.
High-Strength Accessories: Includes heavy-duty polyester slings and stainless steel connectors. Manufacturing Process:
