The production process of this PVC-coated galvanized stainless steel wire rope follows the core logic of **"substrate forming → rust prevention treatment → outer layer coating → finished product inspection"**, divided into four stages to ensure quality control at each stage.

### Stage 1: Stainless Steel Rope Core Forming (Basic Strength Building)

1. **Wire Selection and Drawing**: Select 304 or 316 stainless steel wire rods and use a continuous drawing process to draw coarse steel wires into fine steel wires that meet specifications (diameter determined according to final product requirements).

2. **Strand Twisting**: Twistwist multiple fine steel wires into a rope with a specific twist pitch (e.g., right-hand interlaced twist, left-hand same-direction twist) to enhance the tensile strength and flexibility of each strand.

3. **Total Rope Twisting**: Twistwist the multiple strands around the central rope again to form a complete stainless steel rope core. At this point, the rope core has basic load-bearing capacity.

### Phase Two: Galvanizing Treatment (Rust Prevention and Strengthening)

1. **Rope Core Pretreatment**: The formed stainless steel rope core is cleaned, degreased, and pickled to remove surface oil and oxide layers, ensuring a tight zinc coating.

2. **Hot-Dip Galvanizing/Electro-Galvanizing**: Depending on the product's rust prevention requirements, hot-dip galvanizing (immersing the rope core in molten zinc to form a thicker zinc layer) or electro-galvanizing (forming a uniform thin zinc layer through electrolysis) is selected to form a complete zinc layer on the rope core surface.

3. **Zinc Layer Curing and Cooling**: The galvanized rope core is cured at high temperature to ensure a tight bond between the zinc layer and the steel wire, and then cooled with cold water to prevent rope core deformation.

### Phase Three: PVC Coating (Environmental Protection)

1. **Coating Material Preparation**: PVC resin is mixed with stabilizers, color masterbatches, and other auxiliary materials, and heated to melt into a flowable PVC melt. The color can be adjusted as needed (e.g., black, white).

2. **Extrusion Coating**: The galvanized wire rope core is fed uniformly into the extruder. Through the die, molten PVC is evenly coated onto the surface of the core, forming a uniform outer coating.

3. **Coating and Setting**: The coated wire rope is placed in a cold water tank for rapid cooling, allowing the PVC coating to solidify and set, ensuring the coating does not peel off or form bubbles.

### Fourth Stage: Finished Product Processing and Inspection (Quality Control)

1. **Fixed Length Cutting**: According to customer order requirements, the continuous wire rope is cut to specified lengths (e.g., 100 meters/coil, 500 meters/coil).

2. **Appearance and Performance Inspection**: Check for a smooth coating, free of scratches, and uniform zinc layer; sample tests are conducted on the wire rope's tensile strength and corrosion resistance (e.g., salt spray test) to ensure compliance with industry standards.

3. **Packaging and Warehousing**: The inspected and qualified finished products are wrapped (e.g., plastic film wrapping, paper tube packaging), labeled with specifications, length, and other information, and then stored for shipment.
