This rope combines the durability of polypropylene (PP) and nylon, reinforced with PE (polyethylene) twine, and undergoes a specialized 3-strand twisting process to meet marine environment demands (e.g., saltwater resistance, load-bearing stability). The production flow is structured to optimize material synergy and structural integrity:

Step 1: Raw Material Preparation & Fiber Extrusion

  • Polypropylene (PP) & Nylon Fiber Production: High-grade PP pellets (for water resistance and lightweight properties) and nylon pellets (for tensile strength and elasticity) are separately fed into extruders. Heated to 180–220°C (PP) and 250–280°C (nylon), the molten polymers are forced through spinnerets to form continuous filaments. These filaments are cooled with air/water, then drawn (stretched) to align molecules—boosting PP’s UV resistance and nylon’s load capacity.
  • PE Twine Manufacturing: PE pellets are extruded into thin filaments, which are twisted into fine twine. The twine is heat-set to enhance abrasion resistance; it serves as a reinforcing component to strengthen the rope’s core or outer strands.
