Manufacturing Process
Our manufacturing process strictly adheres to marine anchor casting standards and offshore mooring equipment strength requirements, centered on structural precision, material strength and toughness, and corrosion resistance compliance.
Raw Material Preparation and Mold Design: Select high-strength cast steel (ZG230-450) or premium marine carbon steel. Design sand molds based on anchor specifications with thickened sections at critical junctions.
Monolithic Casting: Molten cast steel (1500-1600°C) is injected into molds using gravity casting for uniform filling without dead zones or porosity.
Structural Reinforcement and Precision Machining: Critical load-bearing areas undergo forging reinforcement. Connection holes are machined to match anchor chain specifications with secure welding and non-destructive testing.
Surface Anti-Corrosion Treatment: Sandblasting rust removal followed by dual-layer coating or hot-dip galvanizing for effective seawater corrosion resistance.
Finished Product Inspection and Quality Control: Comprehensive visual inspection, performance testing (tensile strength ≥400MPa), corrosion resistance testing, and classification society certification.
Packaging and Shipping: Secure packaging on wooden pallets or steel frames with moisture-proof protection, including inspection reports and certification documents.
