VIVID self emulsifying glyceryl monostearate DH-P90-G is a mixture principally consisting of mono-,di and triglycerides of stearic and palmitic acids and of minor proportions of glycerides of other fatty acids.It has good performance in coffee creamer, peanut butter and chewing gum.
