BLM lithium battery brushless electrode cap grinder is a professional portable single side tip dresser designed for fast and precise repairing of spot welding electrode caps. Powered by a 24V large capacity lithium battery, this cordless grinder delivers excellent mobility and convenience for on-site welding maintenance.
Built with a high-performance brushless motor, the electrode grinder features stable rotation, low noise, low heat generation and long service life, greatly improving working efficiency compared with traditional manual or brushed motor grinders. The single side grinding structure ensures fast and accurate dressing of electrode caps, restoring the electrode tip to standard shape and size, which effectively improves welding quality, reduces spatter and prolongs electrode life.
This portable tip dresser supports grinding for electrode caps up to 18mm in diameter, compatible with most standard welding electrodes in the global industry. With compact design, light weight and easy operation, it is widely used in automotive manufacturing, home appliance production, sheet metal fabrication, hardware processing and other resistance welding applications.

Usage Instructions
Install the lithium battery to the tail end of the grinder
Insert one side of the blade into the hole on the wall of the tool box
Place the knife box with the installed blade on the rotating gear
Check the direction of the knife box and align it with the electrode head
Set the required power and speed for the tail switch
After the blade contacts the electrode head, manually press the bottom control grinding button
Apply pressure within the range of rotation during grinding
