KCF Alloy is a special heat-treated metal material with a high-quality insulating skin generated on its surface. As a direct manufacturer, Bloom provides KCF rods that serve as the ideal raw material for making welding guide pins, locating pins, and insulating sleeves.

Unlike ceramic pins, KCF material offers superior toughness and resistance to thermal shock, ensuring it won't crack under the high-pressure and high-temperature environments of projection nut welding.
