Product Introduction

Copper Braided Busbar is manufactured from high-purity ETP copper wires with excellent electrical conductivity and flexibility. The braided structure allows efficient current transmission while effectively absorbing vibration, thermal expansion, and mechanical movement in electrical systems.

The product can be supplied in bare copper, tin-plated, or silver-plated finishes according to different operating environments and conductivity requirements. Contact terminals are formed through a cold-pressing process and integrated with seamless tubular lugs, ensuring strong mechanical bonding and low-resistance electrical contact without soldering.

Customized dimensions, terminal structures, and surface treatments are available to meet various industrial and electrical connection requirements.
