Customized Copper Braided Flexible Connectors are designed for electrical power transmission, grounding, and bonding applications requiring high flexibility and stable conductivity. Manufactured from premium pure copper materials, the braided structure ensures excellent current carrying capability while reducing vibration impact and thermal stress on connected equipment.
The connectors can be produced with bare copper, nickel-plated, or customized surface finishes according to different operating environments. Optional insulation materials including heat shrink sleeves and PVC coverings provide additional protection and safety.

According to customer requirements, the connectors can be processed with nickel plating, tin plating, silver plating, or bare copper finish to improve corrosion resistance.
