The gearbox is the high-precision transmission device with hard tooth surface and trust bearing designed for single screw extruder. The product design adopts various technical codes regulated by JB/T9050.1-1999.

It reduces a high-speed, low-torque input from a motor into a lower-speed, higher-torque output suitable for the driven machinery. Additionally, it can change the direction of rotation and transmit power efficiently between components.

The gearbox utilizes high-strength alloy steel gears that undergo carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding, achieving Grade 6 accuracy. Surface hardness is maintained at HRC 54–62, ensuring quiet operation during transmission.

Except for certain compact models, the unit includes a forced lubrication and cooling system.
