Flexible Permeable Pipe is a highly efficient drainage material designed for modern geotechnical and underground engineering projects. The product combines a rust-resistant spring steel frame, permeable nonwoven filtration fabric, and external polypropylene filament reinforcement to create a durable and highly permeable drainage pipe system.
Unlike traditional PVC or rigid drainage pipes, Flexible Permeable Pipe provides excellent flexibility and soil adaptability. The all-direction permeable structure enables underground water to rapidly enter the pipe body while effectively preventing sand and soil particles from clogging the drainage channel. This integrated filtration and drainage system significantly improves underground water management efficiency.
The pipe is widely applied in tunnel seepage drainage, retaining wall back drainage, soft soil foundation treatment, roadbed drainage, landfill engineering, mining engineering, sports grounds, and municipal drainage systems. Because the pipe can withstand large external pressures while maintaining stable permeability, it is ideal for deep burial applications and complicated geological conditions.
The spring steel skeleton ensures excellent compression resistance and structural stability. Even under long-term underground pressure, the pipe maintains its drainage performance without deformation. Meanwhile, the soft structure allows the pipe to bend naturally according to terrain conditions, reducing installation difficulty and improving construction efficiency.
