Large Size Isostatic Graphite Blocks for Industrial Structural Components

Product Description

Large Size Isostatic Graphite Blocks are designed for industrial applications requiring oversized components with consistent properties and high structural reliability. Utilizing advanced isostatic pressing technology, these graphite blocks maintain uniform density and isotropic performance throughout their entire volume, even at large dimensions.

The material exhibits excellent mechanical strength, low thermal expansion, and strong resistance to thermal shock. These properties make it suitable for large structural components exposed to high temperatures and mechanical loads. The homogeneous microstructure ensures predictable behavior during machining and service.

Large Size Isostatic Graphite Blocks are widely used in metallurgical furnaces, crystal growth equipment, continuous casting systems, and large heat treatment installations. They can be machined into beams, plates, frames, and other custom structural components according to specific industrial requirements.

Despite their size, these graphite blocks offer good machinability, enabling precise shaping and tight tolerances. Their long service life and stable performance help reduce downtime and maintenance costs in large-scale industrial operations.

Machining Speed The machining speed is 3–5 times faster than copper electrode, the machined surface is smooth. The electric discharge machining speed is 1/3 to 2 times faster than that of traditional copper electrodes, making it more suitable for rough machining.
