High-Strength Grade 10.9 — Forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, quenched and tempered for high tensile and fatigue strength, with mechanical properties certified per ISO 898-1.
Corrosion Resistant, Hydrogen-Embrittlement Controlled — Hot-dip galvanized (HDG) finish with a controlled dehydrogenation baking process suited to Grade 10.9 fasteners; Dacromet coating available as an alternative for offshore wind applications.
Matched, Traceable Assembly — Bolt, nut, and washers are supplied as one matched set with traceable batch numbers, and every batch ships with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates to guarantee consistent joint performance.
