Product Overview
Our hexagon socket countersunk head screws adhere strictly to ASME B18.3 standards, featuring a flush-mount design that eliminates protrusions for smooth surfaces and enhanced safety. The Monel K500 alloy (UNS N05500, Werkstoff Nr. 2.4375) is a precipitation-hardened nickel-copper alloy, reinforced with aluminum and titanium to deliver three times the yield strength of conventional Monel 400. This unique combination makes the screws ideal for applications requiring both high load-bearing capacity and resistance to harsh corrosives.
Withstands seawater, acidic/alkaline media, and H₂S environments (corrosion rate <0.25mm/a), passing ASTM G28 A.
