PTFE (PTFE) oil seal includes internal and external frame steel, main and auxiliary PTFE lip, sealant,
gaskets and cover rubber.
Excellent performance:
High and low temperature-resistant, corrosion-resistant, high-lubricating, high insulation
PTFE can work together with other materials like fiberglass or copper to get a better mechanical property.
When PTFE is expanded properly, the fiber changes from hair-like structure to a web-like structure and
become much stronger while it is much lighter.
Application:
It is used for seal of engine crankshaft, detection machine, gear-box and oil resistant seal for other
machine. It can be also used to seal water, alkali, acid, corrosion according to the client's special
requirement.
