Product Description:
The advantages and features of AVENTICS pneumatic filters include:
Precision filter element air permeability: The filter element adopts American strong hydrophobic and oleophobic fiber filter material, and adopts a skeleton with good permeability and high strength to reduce the passage resistance.
High-efficiency filtration: The filter element adopts German fine-pore sponge, which can effectively prevent oil and water from being entrained by high-speed airflow, so that small oil droplets gather and drain to the bottom of the filter container.
Air tightness: The joint point between the filter element and the filter housing adopts a reliable sealing ring to ensure that the airflow does not short-circuit and prevent impurities from directly entering the downstream without passing through the filter element.
Corrosion resistance: The filter element adopts anti-corrosion reinforced nylon end caps and anti-corrosion filter element skeletons, which are suitable for harsh working conditions.
Large dirt holding capacity: The filter has a large filtration area and dirt holding capacity, which is suitable for closed-loop hydraulic systems and can effectively extend the service life of hydraulic pumps and other components of the system.
High strength: The filter element has sufficient strength and is not damaged by hydraulic pressure. Corrosion resistance: The filter element can work durably at the specified temperature and has good corrosion resistance.
Precautions for use include:
Cold start problem: During cold start, due to high viscosity, the preset optical maintenance indicator signal value may be exceeded. After reaching the operating temperature, the mechanical/optical indicator can be manually confirmed.
Maintenance indicator: If the filter element replacement maintenance indicator is not paid attention to, the bypass valve will open when the pressure difference increases, causing unfiltered liquid to flow to the clean side of the filter, and effective filtration cannot be guaranteed.
Replacement steps: When replacing the filter element, the equipment needs to be turned off and the pressure is reduced, the filter housing needs to be unscrewed and the hydraulic oil needs to be collected, the filter element needs to be removed and the surface impurities need to be checked, damaged parts and seals need to be checked and replaced, and finally the hydraulic system needs to be pressurized and checked for oil leaks.
