High efficiency and diversified design
Adopting cycloidal motor technology, it is small in size, light in weight, high in torque density, and has a pressure loss of only 0.25–0.8MPa at full flow, which means lower energy consumption;
The rated displacement covers 8–800cm³/r, with a wide speed range (600–2500rpm), and the peak torque can reach 2700Nm, meeting the requirements of high-intensity loads.
Structural reliability and adaptability
The valve core and seals are made of corrosion-resistant materials and dust-proof design, and the bearings are equipped with roller needles or hydrostatic sliding structures to adapt to harsh environments such as dust and moisture;
The low leakage design reduces energy loss, and some models integrate brakes or speed sensors to improve control accuracy.
Environmental compatibility
Supports open/closed hydraulic systems, and the hydraulic oil viscosity has a wide range of applications; the compact structure is suitable for installation in multiple scenarios such as forklifts, harvesters, and port equipment;
The modular interface design can be used in series or in parallel for easy system integration.
Precautions for use
Installation and startup requirements
The oil cleanliness must meet the NAS 1638 standard (recommended level 7-9). The pipeline must be pre-cleaned and a filter must be installed before installation to prevent impurities from damaging the bearings;
The first startup requires power preheating to avoid hydraulic shock; the residual oil in the system should be drained before long-term shutdown to prevent internal corrosion.
Operation and maintenance specifications
It is prohibited to operate overload (maximum pressure ≤275bar) to avoid bearing overheating or seal failure;
Regularly check the bearing wear (recommended maintenance every 500 hours), replace aging seals; follow the manufacturer's manual for lubrication and heat dissipation management.
Safety and emergency measures
Avoid reverse installation or frequent switching of flow direction (single solenoid valve switching frequency recommended ≤60 times/minute);
It is prohibited to disassemble privately in case of failure, and it must be repaired by professionals; in an emergency, the manual operation function can be used for emergency unlocking.
