Product Description
The Bosch Rexroth Z2DB10VC2-4X/315V (R900411430) is a high-performance industrial hydraulic valve designed for reliable pressure relief up to its setting value. This sandwich plate valve conforms to NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03 and ISO 4401 size standards, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of hydraulic systems. The Z2DB10VC2-4X/315V is equipped with a spool symbol A T, B T and features mechanical actuation for precise control. The valve has multiple ports and offers a maximum pressure capacity along with an optimal flow rate for efficient operation. Its interim assembly allows for straightforward integration into existing hydraulic circuits. With FKM seals, the Z2DB10VC2-4X/315V is capable of handling a variety of hydraulic fluids including HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, HVLPD, HETG, HEES, HEPG, HFDU, and HFDR. Bosch Rexroth's Z2DB series valves use one or two pilot-operated pressure relief cartridges housed within a robust construction that ensures long-lasting performance even under demanding conditions.
The system pressure can be adjusted through various means including rotary knobs and sleeves with hexagon and protective caps to suit user preferences. The valve operates by closing initially until the pressure in channel A exceeds the set value on the spring which triggers the pilot poppet to open allowing fluid flow that adjusts the spool position and consequently opens the connection from A to T TA to settle at the desired pressure level. This Bosch Rexroth valve comes in a corrosion-protected design which extends its service life even in harsh working environments. It is available with different adjustment types for pressure settings offering flexibility for specific application needs.
