Installation Preparation
Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
Shaft run out: <0.1mm
Shaft end float: <0.13mm
No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring
Note: During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, contact us for replacement.
Installation Instructions
The cartridge seal is cleaned and leak-tested before sale. Do not disassemble before installation.
Fitting allowance between seal and shaft is dl h6 0.8. Shaft end should have leading edge. Lubricate shaft with oil.
Place cartridge seal into pump chamber, then:
Tighten four screw bolts of flanges, ensuring medium leading in hole "G" at top position
Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve on shaft
Remove four gauge plates (keep for future use)
Connect medium lead-in pipe with hole "G" to flush away friction heat
Note: After installation, turn shaft by hand to check rotation. If shaft doesn't rotate smoothly, seal was improperly installed.
